Each program offers consistent weekly training, with opportunities to film choreography and perform in our end-of-season showcases. Whether you're just starting out or looking to grow as a dancer, there's a place for you here!

Dance Teams
DIA Dance Teams are for dancers ready to take their training to the next level. We offer a Teens Team, an Adult Team, and a Competition Team—each providing focused weekly rehearsals, performance opportunities, and the chance to grow in a supportive, team-based environment. Auditions required.

Mini Programs
Are you new to dance and don’t know where to start? Join us for our Beginner Program, where you can learn foundational dance moves in a fun, supportive environment! Repetition helps dancers become proficient in their steps. Mini programs last for six weeks and can be taken as many times as you want!
