Performance Schedule

January:

  Tech Rehearsal: Rehearsals – Friday, March 27th: 6:30PM.

• Rehearsals – Saturday, March 28th:

  Rehearsals will run from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM. This rehearsal time is for Singing and Idol categories only and will be first-come first-served. Due to the limited time before the doors open at 9:15 AM, you will only have 2 minutes for your mic check. The audio tech will have your music file ready and will run your audio as requested. Once your 2 minutes are up, we’ll need you to exit the stage promptly so the next group can rehearse.

  
  

  Check-In – Saturday, March 28th

  Check-In Time: 7:00 AM - 10:00 AM

  When you arrive, please check in at the front table to receive your contestant wristband which can be located in the lobby. After that, for safety measures, you will need to go through a security checkpoint which consists of a bag check and going through a metal detector.  From there you will be directed to myself, the Director of Contest Organization where you will also check-in with me. After that you will be led by an InWave representative to the backstage area reserved for contestants only. Please note, if you’re performing in a group, all members must be present before you check-in together. Once checked in, you’ll receive your contestant wristband and be cleared to enter the venue. 

  
  

  Backstage Information

  Backstage for contestants will be Stage Right (left side from the audience’s view).This will be your designated space to place items, rest, stretch, and lock in before your performance. At the end of your category's performance, we kindly ask that you/your group relocate your personal belongings to your car since after the contest categories are done we will be utilizing that space for one of our ‘Meet & Greets’. 

  Please note: Any items left backstage are not our responsibility and if left in this area 30 minutes prior to the Meet & Greet, it will be moved to the entrance of the area. Let’s all respect each other’s belongings and keep things positive and sportsmanlike. 

  
  

  We will have a stationed EMT backstage. If you have any medical conditions that could flare up at any time during the festival, please notify us in advance so we can ensure the medic is well informed and prepared. 

  
  

  Backstage Left is a restricted area. Entering this area will result in immediate removal from the premises, as this is a zero-tolerance policy. Also, the seating in front of the stage is reserved for spectators. Please keep those seats open for your supporters and refrain from placing personal items there. 

  We have attached to this email a stage layout floor plan to help aid in your guidance during your attendance at KoreaFest 2026!
